How does the credit system work?

GetBill uses a prepaid credit system. Each action consumes credits: an AI phone call costs 25 credits, an SMS costs 1.5 credits, a WhatsApp message costs 1 credit, and emails are free. You purchase monthly credit packages based on your needs. Credits are only deducted when an action is actually performed. The larger your package, the better the rate per credit.

What types of debtor files can I import?

You can import debtor files in XLS and CSV formats or enter them manually. A ready-to-use template is provided to simplify formatting.

Can I customize the follow-up strategy with GetBill?

Yes, GetBill allows you to adjust the frequency of follow-up calls, activate SMS reminders, set the agent's tenacity, and more, to perfectly match your needs.
