GetBill is an AI powered debt recovery SaaS platform founded in 2025 in Paris. GetBill automates the entire amicable collection process, from first reminder to payment, across five communication channels: AI voice calls, email, SMS, RCS and postal mail.

The insight that changed everything

Amicable debt recovery in France remains largely manual: overwhelmed teams, inadequate tools, and debtors who experience every follow-up as an aggression.

The result: low recovery rates, high costs, and damaged client relationships.

We created GetBill to prove that a different approach is possible.

An AI that calls with empathy, adapts to every situation, and frees human teams for the support that truly matters.

And a debtor portal that provides universal access to flexible payment solutions: instalment plans, online payment, dispute reporting, all through an interface accessible to everyone.

How GetBill works

Import receivables

Unpaid invoices are imported via API, CSV file or direct integration with billing software (Pennylane, Sage, etc.).

Automated follow-up sequences

GetBill triggers personalised multichannel follow-up sequences based on the debtor profile, amount and age of the debt.

AI voice agent

A conversational agent calls debtors with empathy, negotiates payment solutions and detects situations of financial vulnerability.

Debtor portal

Each debtor accesses a secure space to view their invoices, propose an instalment plan, pay online or report a dispute.

Collection and reporting

Payments are collected via Stripe. A real-time dashboard tracks performance, ROI and resolution rate by channel.
