Can the AI agent negotiate a payment plan?

Yes. The agent proposes installment payment plans (from 2 to 24 months depending on configuration) and immediately sends a payment link or a plan for electronic signature.

What happens if the debtor asks to speak to a human?

The agent offers a callback from a human advisor or a transfer depending on the client's configuration. The case is flagged for priority handling by your teams.

Can the agent handle disputes and objections?

Which channels are included in each plan?

Is the payment link sent automatically?

Yes. During the call, by SMS or email, the agent sends a personalized secure payment link (pre-filled amount, case reference). The debtor can pay immediately by card or set up a payment plan.

Can registered mail be sent via GetBill?

Yes. Registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt is integrated into reminder workflows (electronic LRE or paper). It is typically used in the last wave before escalation to legal proceedings.

Which payment providers are compatible?

GetBill integrates with Stripe, Axepta (BNP Paribas), CIC Monetico and Scellius. You can keep your existing PSP contract. Learn more

Can the debtor pay during the AI call?

The agent sends a payment link by SMS during the call. The debtor can pay immediately on their phone. Payment is confirmed in real time and the case updated automatically.

Are payment links secure?

Yes. Payments go through PCI-DSS certified PSPs. Links are unique, personalized and time-limited. No bank data passes through GetBill servers.

How do payment plans work?

The AI agent proposes a payment plan adapted to the amount and the debtor's situation (from 2 to 24 months). The plan can be signed electronically. Direct debits or payments are tracked automatically, with reminders for missed installments.

Is a separate PSP contract required?

Yes, you keep your own PSP contract (Stripe, Axepta, CIC Monetico or Scellius). GetBill connects to your account via API. If you don't have a PSP, we can help you choose and set one up.

How is payment attribution calculated?

Each payment is attributed to the corresponding case and campaign through unique payment link references. Attribution is automatic and traceable.

Can data be exported?

Is the portal white-label?

Yes. The debtor portal is fully customizable: logo, colors, domain name. The debtor sees your company's identity, not GetBill's. Learn more

Is the portal multilingual?

Yes. The portal supports French and English. Other languages can be added on request based on your needs.

What payment methods are available on the portal?

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via your PSP (Stripe, Axepta, CIC Monetico, Scellius). Depending on configuration, the debtor can also set up a payment plan directly from the portal.

Can the debtor dispute a debt via the portal?

Yes. The portal includes a dispute form. The debtor can state the reason, attach documents and track the processing of their request. Your teams receive a notification.

Is the portal mobile-friendly?

Yes, the portal is fully responsive. It is designed mobile-first since most debtors access it via the SMS link on their phone.

Where is data hosted?

Is GetBill GDPR compliant?

Are AI calls recorded?

Yes, with prior notice to the debtor. They can object to recording. Recordings are kept for 6 months then automatically deleted. Access on request. It is also possible to set a threshold to record only a portion of calls needed for service improvement (e.g. 40% of calls).

Is GetBill compliant with the EU AI Act?

Yes. Our system is classified as limited risk. We apply transparency obligations (AI identification at the start of the call) and document our AI processing (register, impact assessment).

Can I get a complete compliance file?

Yes. We provide on request a file including our security policy, certifications, DPIA, GDPR commitments and AI Act documentation. Contact us to receive it.

How can data subjects exercise their rights?

How much does GetBill cost?

How does the credit system work?

Each action consumes credits: a completed AI call costs 25 credits, an SMS a few credits, an email even less. You only pay for actions actually performed.

Are unused credits carried over?

Credits are valid for the current billing period. Contact our sales team for rollover conditions or plan adjustments.

Can I change plans during my contract?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately with a prorated adjustment.

Are there setup fees?

No, apart from custom development. Setup, workflow configuration and deployment support are included in the subscription. A pilot can be launched with no commitment.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We offer no-commitment pilots to test the solution on a sample of cases. Contact us to define conditions adapted to your context.

Which ERPs and software are compatible?

GetBill integrates via REST API, SFTP or CSV import. Native integrations: Pennylane (accounting) and major management software. Any software capable of exporting a file can connect to GetBill. View integrations

How long does an API integration take?

Standard API integration takes 1 to 2 weeks. CSV or SFTP import can be set up in a few days. Our technical team supports each integration. API documentation

Is data secured during transfer?

Yes. API over HTTPS with key authentication, encrypted SFTP. CSV files can be uploaded via the secure interface. No data is transmitted in plain text.

Can multiple PSPs be connected simultaneously?

Yes. You can configure different PSPs per campaign or debt type. For example, Stripe for online payments and Axepta for direct debits.

Is there a test environment (sandbox)?

Yes. A sandbox environment is available to test API integration, reminder workflows and payment flows before going to production.
