No contact, no qualification: cancellation

Monthly billing has multiplied due dates, and with them unpaid premiums. Yet most cancellations are avoidable: the problem is not the policyholder acting in bad faith, it is that nobody speaks to them before the legal deadline expires. With contact, you qualify the reason and save the relationship.

Cancellation as the only outcome

Article L113-3: 10 days after the unpaid due date, formal notice by registered mail. Then 30 days of coverage suspension, and cancellation possible from the 10th day of suspension. Result: policies cancelled when the policyholder simply wanted to regularize.
